These Terms govern the use of the Draußenbande app.
2. Services
The app allows users to:
- create custom hunts
- participate in location-based quests
- share hunts with others
- track progress (XP, levels, badges)
3. Registration
- Some features require an account
- Users must provide accurate information
4. Content in the App
4.1 Local Quest Content (Proofs)
Content created during quests (e.g. photos, audio):
- is stored only locally on the user's device
- is not transmitted to the operator
The user is solely responsible for this content.
4.2 Shared Hunts
When users create and share hunts, they may upload:
- text
- images (e.g. clues)
These are:
- stored on servers
- accessible to selected users
5. Responsibility for Content
Users agree to:
- upload only content they have rights to
- not violate third-party rights
- not upload illegal or harmful content
6. Rights Granted
For shared hunts, users grant a non-exclusive right to:
- display content within the app
- make it accessible to selected users
7. Sharing
Hunts can be shared via codes or access settings. Users are responsible for who they share content with.
8. Prohibited Use
Users may not:
- upload illegal content
- upload offensive or harmful material
- upload images of people without consent
9. Liability
Use of the app is at your own risk.
Outdoor activities:
- require personal responsibility
- may involve risks
We are not liable for:
- accidents
- damages
- user-generated content
10. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
11. Account Suspension
We may suspend accounts in case of violations.
12. Minors
Use by minors requires parental consent.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time.
